We provide automated customer service through messaging platforms including Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, and WhatsApp Business. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
By messaging us through any of these platforms, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
PRIVACY POLICY - THE BASICS
When you interact with our automated chatbot, we collect:
a) Information from your messaging account:
- Your name as displayed on Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp
- Your unique user/sender ID provided by the platform
- For WhatsApp, your phone number
b) Information you provide during conversation:
- Vehicle information (year, make, model, size, condition)
- Service preferences and budget range
- Customer habits (where you store your vehicle, washing frequency)
- Preferred appointment dates and times
- Photos you send (for example, vehicle wrap inquiries)
- Any other information you voluntarily share in the chat
c) Conversation history:
- All messages exchanged between you and our chatbot
- Date, time, and channel of each message
- Bot's responses, recommendations, and any links sent
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiries about our services and pricing
- Recommend appropriate services based on your vehicle and needs
- Send you booking links to our scheduling platform (Setmore)
- Capture qualified leads for follow-up by our team
- Send periodic follow-up messages if you stop responding
- Generate discount codes for promotional offers
- Improve our customer service quality
- Notify our team when human assistance is needed
- Maintain records required for legal and business purposes
3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
To operate the chatbot, we use the following third-party service providers. Your information is shared with them only as necessary to provide our service:

Purpose: Processing your messages to generate AI responses.

4. DATA RETENTION
We retain your information for as long as you remain an active customer or potential customer, plus 24 months after our last interaction. After that period:
- Inactive conversations are archived
- Lead information is retained for business records as required by Puerto Rico tax and business law
- You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 6)
5. DATA SECURITY
We protect your information through:
- Encrypted database storage
- Secure HTTPS communication for all data transfers
- Access controls limiting who on our team can view your data
- Industry-standard authentication tokens for all third-party integrations
However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
6. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we have about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Withdraw consent for us to process your information
- Opt out of follow-up messages at any time (reply "STOP")
- Request a copy of your conversation history

7. AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
Our chatbot uses AI (artificial intelligence) to respond to your messages. The bot may:
- Recommend services based on your vehicle and preferences
- Quote prices for services on our menu
- Generate discount codes
- Decide when to refer your case to a human team member

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our services are intended for customers aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us to have it deleted.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through our chatbot or by other appropriate means. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when it was most recently revised.
